Due to the nature of our buisness, we are forced to implement some workarounds in order to be able to accept PayPal.
The maximum order amount that is allowed when using our PayPal solution is dynamic.
This means that this amount automatically changes every 5-10 minutes. This is a security measure that is totally out of our control.
Here’s an example: Sometimes the maximum allowed amount is $800.00. Five minutes later it can be set to $300.00. If your order then is for $400.00 (when the limit is $300.00), you won’t see PayPal as an option during checkout.
You can do two things if this happens:
1. Wait for a while and try again. Hopefully the limit has been increased.
2. Place one or two smaller orders. If you place two orders, we’ll compensate you for the added shipping cost with extra pills.
We know that this is not the best solution but it’s the only way for us if we want to offer PayPal as a payment option.
No. We don’t require a prescription from you. We strongly advise that you consult your doctor before ordering any prescription products though.

Once your package has left it’s country of origin and is in transit, there are no updates until it has reached the destination country.
This goes for all tracking numbers except those ending with “IN” which can’t be tracked at all once they have been put in the shipping container.
Please note that standard transit time is usually around 10-14 days.
Once the package has reached your country, the next step for it is to pass through the sorting facility and get scanned by your country’s postal service. This takes around 2-4 days.
If your package is inbound customs – there are no updates until it has been released by your country’s customs authorities.

- For the more popular products, we ship US to the US, from our shipping locations within the USA, shipments normally take 5 days
- Deliveries to Europe normally are made from Germany, France, and the Netherlands. If you live in Germany, your order will be automatically shipped from Germany; if you live in another EU country, your order will be shipped from the Netherlands; both will receive tracking within 1-3 business days.
Sometimes we ship orders in separate packages and you should have received an order update where we informed you that “product one” has been shipped with tracking number “xxxxxxxxxx”. Check your e-mail inbox or your account with us and you’ll see that there is an additional order update for “product two”.
Your order might already have been shipped even though your order status hasn’t been updated. We sometimes get shipping confirmation late from our shipping department and we only update your order status once we have received shipping confirmation.
The postal service will leave a slip at your delivery address and you can pick up your order at the local post office or arrange for a re-delivery. If you haven’t been notified, you may ask the post office whether there is an item waiting for you. Orders returned or rejected will NOT be received by us! Do not return any medications, they will be lost and you will not receive a refund/reshipment.
Importation of prescription medication is legal in most countries provided the medication is for personal use and is not a controlled substance.
If you are in further doubt regarding the situation of importing prescription medications to your country, please check with your local customs office.
It depends on where you are and what you order. Your order will normally be shipped the next business day of receiving your payment but sometimes it can take longer for various reasons. As an approximate guide, 8 – 21 days will work for most countries including the USA. These are estimates only, we cannot be more specific as we do not have control over the efficiency of the postal service and customs.
If your order hasn’t arrived after 28 days, please contact us and we will investigate and track the shipment.
