Alfacalcidol Description
Alfacal Capsule, Alfacalcidol is used as a supplement to treat deficiency of Vitamin D associated with conditions such as hypocalcemia (decreased blood calcium levels), rickets (weakening of bones), etc. It is also used to treat calcium metabolism disturbances (deficiency and elevation of calcium levels in the bones and/or blood) caused due to diseases of the kidneys and the parathyroid gland.
