Tynept Tab 12.5 mg, Tianeptine Uses

Stablon indications

Tianeptine is an antidepressant with 5-HT reuptake enhancing properties (i.e., the opposite pharmacological profile to that of SSRIs). Therefore, no effect would be expected in panic disorder.
An indication is a term used for the list of conditions or symptoms, or illnesses for which the patient prescribes or uses it. For example, acetaminophen or paracetamol is used for fever by the patient, or the doctor prescribes it for a headache or body pains. Now fever, headache, and body pains are the indications of paracetamol.
A patient should be aware of medications used for common conditions because they can be taken over the pharmacy counter, meaning without prescription by the Physician.

What is Stablon used for, and where to buy Tianeptine online?

Stablon tablets, 12.5mg, are used to treat major depression and reduce major depressive episodes ranging from mild to severe. Stablon 12.5 helps relieve symptoms of depressive illness, including anxiety, loss of interest in usual activities, disturbed sleep, change in appetite, fatigue, feelings of worthlessness or guilt, difficulty thinking or concentrating, and recurrent thoughts of suicide. Stablon tablets 12.5mg are also used as maintenance treatment for depression to prevent relapse or recurrence of depressive episodes.

There are specific as well as general uses of a drug or medicine. Medicine can prevent a disease, treat a disease over a period or cure a disease. It can also be used to treat the particular symptom of the disease. The drug use depends on the form the patient takes it.
It may be more useful in injection form or sometimes in tablet form. The drug can be used for a single troubling symptom or a life-threatening condition. While some medications can be stopped after a few days, some drugs need to be continued for a prolonged period to benefit from it.

Stablon is used to treat mild, moderate, or severe depression.

How does Stablon work?

Stablon tablets 12.5mg contain tianeptine, an antidepressant belonging to drugs known as selective serotonin reuptake enhancers (SSRE). Tianeptine is structurally similar to tricyclic antidepressants but has a different action mechanism, which differs from the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI). One of the significant causes of depression is a lack of serotonin, a neurotransmitter or brain chemical that allows nerve cells to communicate, which controls many body activities, including regulating mood. Increasing serotonin is the target mechanism of most antidepressants.

However, this does not appear to be the mechanism by which tianeptine exerts its antidepressive action. In contrast to the SSRI antidepressants that work by blocking the reuptake of serotonin from the synapse (the gap between nerve cells across which chemical messages are sent) to make more serotonin available for nerve cell communication and increases stimulation of nerve pathways that control mood, tianeptine in Stablon tablets 12.5mg increases the rate of serotonin reuptake by neurons.

It is thought that the antidepressive action of tianeptine in Stablon tablets 12.5mg may be due to its effects on restoring neuronal neuroplasticity, which is the way nerve cells adapt to various stimuli. If impaired, areas of the brain associated with mood may change structurally. Thereby, tianeptine in Stablon tablets, 12.5mg, may reduce damage to the brain caused by stressful stimuli. Also, tianeptine in Stablon tablets, 12.5mg, influences other neurotransmitter pathways that may affect mood, such as glutamate transmission, the major excitatory neurotransmitter, and is also involved in neuron plasticity. The actions of Stablon tablets 12.5mg contribute to relieving symptoms of depression and preventing depressive episodes.

Stablon Description

Stablon is a drug used primarily to treat a major depressive disorder, although it may also treat asthma or irritable bowel syndrome. Chemically it is a tricyclic antidepressant (TCA). Still, it has different pharmacological properties than typical TCAs. Recent research suggests that Stablon produces its antidepressant effects through indirect alteration of glutamate receptor activity (i.e., AMPA receptors and NMDA receptors) and release of BDNF, in turn affecting neural plasticity. Stablon was discovered and patented by The French Society of Medical Research in the 1960s. Currently, Stablon is approved in France and manufactured and marketed by Laboratories Servier SA; it is also sold in several other European countries under the trade name “Coaxial” as well as in Asia (including Singapore) and Latin America as “Stablon” and “National.” Still, it is in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK, or the United States.

What does Stablon contain?

Stablon tablets 12.5mg contain the active ingredient tianeptine, an antidepressant belonging to the class of drugs known as selective serotonin reuptake enhancers (SSRE) used to treat major depression.

Treating depression with Stablon

Stablon tablets 12.5mg contain tianeptine sodium, an antidepressant belonging to the class of drugs known as selective serotonin reuptake enhancers (SSRE) that is used to treat major depression to reduce major depressive episodes ranging from mild to severe. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter or brain chemical that allows nerve cells to communicate, which controls many body activities, including regulating mood. Although one of the significant causes of depression is thought to be a lack of serotonin, the mechanism of tianeptine in Stablon tablets, 12.5mg, suggests that other factors are involved in developing depression. Tianeptine is structurally similar to tricyclic antidepressants but has a different action mechanism, which differs from the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI). These antidepressants, tianeptine, work by blocking serotonin’s reuptake from the synapse (the gap between nerve cells across which chemical messages are sent) to make more serotonin available for nerve cell communication increase the stimulation of nerve pathways that control mood.

Tianeptine Sulfate vs. Sodium

The Difference Between Tianeptine Sodium & Salts:

Tianeptine is most often found in the sodium salt form because it is the version sold by pharmacies and even prescribed by doctors. However, tianeptine sulfate is now also marketed on various nootropic sites, proposing superior to sodium salt.
