Do I need a prescription?

No. We don’t require a prescription from you. We strongly advise that you consult your doctor before ordering any prescription products though.

How do I track my package?

Tracking numbers ending with “IN” can only be tracked up until they have left the country of origin.
Once shipped and changed to “in transit, these shipments can no longer be tracked.
All other tracking numbers can be tracked all the way.

My tracking number is live but there hasn't been an update in many days?

Once your package has left it’s country of origin and is in transit, there are no updates until it has reached the destination country.

This goes for all tracking numbers except those ending with “IN” which can’t be tracked at all once they have been put in the shipping container.

Please note that standard transit time is usually around 10-14 days.
Once the package has reached your country, the next step for it is to pass through the sorting facility and get scanned by your country’s postal service. This takes around 2-4 days.
If your package is inbound customs – there are no updates until it has been released by your country’s customs authorities.

Please note that the stated shipping time on this site is only an estimation and we can not be held responsible for delays in processing and shipping. We have no control over the postal system as well as customs and they both play a substantial role in how fast your packages are delivered.
Orders are usually delivered in 10-16 days but can sometimes take up to 28 days due to events beyond our control, such as customs and holidays.

I ordered more than one product but have only received one of them?

Sometimes we ship orders in separate packages and you should have received an order update where we informed you that “product one” has been shipped with tracking number “xxxxxxxxxx”. Check your e-mail inbox or your account with us and you’ll see that there is an additional order update for “product two”.

Why does my order status still shows as "order packing" even though it was placed several days ago?

Your order might already have been shipped even though your order status hasn’t been updated. We sometimes get shipping confirmation late from our shipping department and we only update your order status once we have received shipping confirmation.

What happens if I'm not home to sign for my order?

The postal service will leave a slip at your delivery address and you can pick up your order at the local post office or arrange for a re-delivery. If you haven’t been notified, you may ask the post office whether there is an item waiting for you. Orders returned or rejected will NOT be received by us! Do not return any medications, they will be lost and you will not receive a refund/reshipment.

Will you ship to my country?

Importation of prescription medication is legal in most countries provided the medication is for personal use and is not a controlled substance.
If you are in further doubt regarding the situation of importing prescription medications to your country, please check with your local customs office.

How long will it take until I get my order?

It depends on where you are and what you order. Your order will normally be shipped the next business day of receiving your payment but sometimes it can take longer for various reasons. As an approximate guide, 8 – 21 days will work for most countries including the USA. These are estimates only, we cannot be more specific as we do not have control over the efficiency of the postal service and customs.
If your order hasn’t arrived after 28 days, please contact us and we will investigate and track the shipment.

Can you "overnight" my order?

Overnight delivery is unfortunately not possible.

Do you ship to P.O Boxes?

Yes we do.

I want to cancel my order and payment

Under no circumstances don’t make a chargeback against your credit card without first contacting us. We can always sort out any problems.

Can I pay with Paypal?

Unfortunately not. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Direct credit card payments – Visa and Mastercard.
  • Bitcoin – 25% off on all orders!
  • Zelle
  • Echeck
  • Western Union (Max $150.00)

Can I place my order through phone?

For safety reasons, we’re unable to accept phone orders.

What is the difference between a generic drug and a brand name drug?

A generic drug is a drug which is manufactured by a company that is not the innovator. Because of this, other manufacturers are allowed to produce and sell the exact medication at a lower more competitive price. The generic drug is the exact same medication as the original brand name drug, simply made by another company. Due to strict regulations on the generic drug industry, these drugs must provide the same therapeutic effect as the brand name drug.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Absolutely! No payment details are processed by us and are not kept on our server. All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized internet access and not kept on our side in any way.

Will you accept returns if I am not satisfied?

No we do not accept returns of prescription medications.

Do you have "product X" in stock?

If the product is listed on our site, we have it in stock.
If it’s not listed on our site, we don’t have it in stock
